Not happy with your pin? That's fine. Here's how it works:
- E-mail us within 14 days of receiving it at [e-mail address] with your order number and what you are returning. No reason needed, but we would love to hear it.
- Send it back within 14 days after that to: [return address]. Unused and as far as possible in the original packaging. You pay the return postage; keep the proof of posting.
- Your money back within 14 days after we receive the return, including the standard shipping cost of your order, via the same payment method. A credit note is e-mailed to you automatically.
Not returnable: custom pins and other made-to-order work created especially for you.
Arrived broken? We handle that differently: e-mail a photo and we send a new one or refund you, without you having to send anything back.

Copy this into an e-mail if you want to do it formally (your own words are fine too):
