Short and without small print: how ordering from us works.

These terms apply to every order in the ikmaakdingen web shop (https://pinfluencer.nl). By ordering you accept them.
2. The products
Everything is made by hand in small batches. Small differences in colour, shape or finish are part of the charm and not a defect. Photos are as accurate as we can make them; once an item is gone it is gone, and if something turns out to be unavailable after all we will let you know as soon as possible and refund you.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are shown in your cart and at checkout before you pay. Payment is handled by Mollie (iDEAL, credit card, Bancontact, PayPal and other offered methods). An order is final once payment is received; until then we reserve the items for at most 30 minutes.

We ship as soon as we can, usually within 2 to 5 working days after payment. You receive an e-mail when your parcel is posted, with Track & Trace where available. Delivery times are indicative. Risk passes to you once the parcel has been delivered to you.
5. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer you have 14 days from the day you received the order to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason. Tell us by e-mail (or with the model form on the Returns page) and send the items back within 14 days after that, unused and as far as possible in the original packaging. You bear the cost of returning the items. We refund the full purchase amount including standard shipping within 14 days after receiving the return (or proof of shipment), using the same payment method.
Excluded from withdrawal: products made or personalised at your request, such as custom pins and other made-to-order work. This is also stated when you order.
6. Warranty and complaints
You are entitled to a product that is fit for purpose. If something is wrong, e-mail us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo; we will sort it out together with a repair, replacement or refund. We respond within 5 working days. If we cannot resolve it, you may bring the dispute before the competent court in the Netherlands; Dutch law applies to this agreement.
7. Custom pins and made-to-order work
For custom work you first receive a design and a price. We only start after your approval and (down) payment. Because it is made especially for you, there is no right of withdrawal. Intellectual property in designs stays with ikmaakdingen unless agreed otherwise.
